Frequently asked questions

    A: Simply email us at info@bouncycasltes2hire.com and we will be able to answer any questions, check availability for you, and make your reservation.
    A: All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, set up and collection if delivery is within 15 miles of Reigate (there may be a small charge if you are out side of this area). You will also receive a blower and extension cable with RCD safety plug.
    A: If you hire for the full day we will typically deliver the castle between 9 - 10am and collect at around 6 - 7pm. If you hire for a half day, we will arrange the delivery / collection (depending on which half of the day you require the castle) at around 1 - 2pm. These times can be flexible and we will try to meet your needs, so please let us know your requirements when you contact us. If you wish to keep the castle overnight, this can also be arranged for a small additional fee.
    Q: How do I pay?
    A: Most people decide to pay cash upon delivery. Please note that we do not accept card payments or cheques on the day of delivery. All card and cheque payments need to be received in sufficient time for funds to clear before the booking date. If you wish to pay by cheque or card, please let us know when you contact us and we can arrange this.

                  
    A: We need a 3ft wide clear access to deliver most castles. You will need to allow a minimum of 4ft at the front and rear of the castle and 2ft either side - this is to allow access at the front and for the blower at rear. Please make sure the area where the castle is to be sited is clear ahead of delivery.
    A: For castles up to 12ft x 12ft this should not be a problem. Please bear in mind though that bouncy castles are heavier than you may think and so this needs to be a relatively simple route! Also (particularly if it rains during your hire), you should ensure you protect your carpet etc from the water that will inevitably drip from the castle once deflated.
    A: We will supply all the hardware you will need for the castle however, you will need to provide a 240 volts mains power supply.
